Treatments Vicky Poelmans laser hair removal

Article 4.1Orders for treatments at Vicky Poelmans laser hair removal will only be performed under the following provisions. Deviating agreements are valid only if agreed in writing between the client and Vicky Poelmans laser hair removal.

Article 4.2Vicky Poelmans laser hair removal undertakes to carry out the treatment agreed with the client. The treatment concerns an obligation to perform to the best of one's knowledge and ability and in accordance with the requirements of good craftsmanship..

Article 4.3The client agrees to pay the agreed upon price for the treatment. The rates for the treatments are clearly stated on a hardcopy price list visible to the customer at Vicky Poelmans laser hair removal location. This rate list is the only rate list that Vicky Poelmans laser hair removal commits to.

Article 4.4The client must notify Vicky Poelmans laser hair removal by telephone or on the spot of any impediment to an appointment as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the client fails to meet this obligation or fails to do so in a timely manner, Vicky Poelmans laser hair removal may charge the client 50% of the fee for the agreed treatment, with a minimum of 20 euros (unless the price of the treatment is less, in which case the full price will be charged). If the client arrives at the salon more than five minutes later than the agreed time, the salon may cut the lost time from the treatment and still charge the entire agreed fee.

Article 4.5If the client has a complaint about the treatment or a product or a complaint regarding the operation sensu lato of Vicky Poelmans laser hair removal, this must be reported in writing to Vicky Poelmans laser hair removal as soon as possible, but within three working days of discovery, stating the reasons for the complaint. Article 5.2Smoking or eating is prohibited during treatment.

Article 5.3Pets are not allowed in the salon unless with the express permission of Vicky Poelmans laser hair removal.

Article 6.1Customers accept that the individual and original result of a treatment is an expression of the creative activity and craftsmanship of Vicky Poelmans laser hair removal and, consequently, Vicky Poelmans laser hair removal owns the copyrights and enjoys copyright protection with respect to the results of the treatment.

Article 6.2Vicky Poelmans laser hair removal gives permission to clients to make a personal and non-public reproduction of the results of treatments be it on paper or electronically.

Article 6.3It is prohibited to use reproductions of the works and/or results of the treatments as stipulated in Article 6.1 for commercial purposes or make them public on paper or in electronic form without the express written consent of Vicky Poelmans laser hair removal.

Article 6.4Clients accept that in case of violation of Articles 6.1 in conjunction with 6.3, the SOFAM tariff is applicable, being : when the work is reproduced without the prior consent of the author and/or his rightful claimant, a compensation of 200% of the basic right with a minimum of 123, 95 EUR per reproduction is provided. The basic rate is determined according to the nature of the reproduction in the SOFAM rate list. The customer also agrees that the reproductions must be removed immediately.

Indemnification

Article 7.1Vicky Poelmans laser hair removal has the right to claim compensation from the client if the client damages furniture, equipment or products.

Article 7.2Violation of Articles 4.3, 4.5, 5.1, 5.2 and/or 5.3 entitle Vicky Poelmans laser hair removal to claim compensation from client of 10 times the value of the treatment in question, with a minimum of 200 EUR. In case of violation of Article 4.5 the client also accepts that any action taken in violation of the provisions of Article 4.5 will be reversed by the client.

Gift certificates

Article 8Gift certificates are valid for 1 year, they are not refundable in cash.
